Assisted Stretching

Assisted stretching is a personalized stretching experience that is performed by a trained stretch practitioner that allows you to gently achieve your ideal range of motion and move your body free of stiffness and restrictions.

From being able to move around freely to reducing pain from tight muscles, assisted stretching allows you to have control over your own body, as you should.
